Validates mission structure against operational constraints.
- Parameters:
mission_data – Complete mission specification including: - mission_id: Unique mission identifier - tasks: List of mission tasks - vehicles: List of assigned vehicles - temporal_constraints: Time windows/limits
mission_logger – Configured logger instance
- Returns:
Validated mission ID
- Raises:
KeyError – If required mission fields are missing
ValueError – If mission parameters violate constraints
